We are confident you will love your items because we refuse to sell anything we don't love, but we realize not everyone has the same taste and sometimes things don't fit as we think they should. So, if you decide you don't love your item we have some options for you!
We reserve the right to refuse to do business if you are rude, hateful, or otherwise inconsiderate to our staff members. We also reserve the right to cease doing business with anyone that has excessive returns (over 40% of total orders).
Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc. The tag must be attached and the item MUST be unworn! If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to refuse the package.
**Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag. Shoes returned using the shoe box as a shipping container are not permitted and the package will be shipped back to you.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your store credit.
The Exceptions: Items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted, our "steals & deals", items on clearance, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, earrings and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc) are final sale and cannot be returned. If we receive a package with one of these items we will refuse the package or it will be donated.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by Facebook message or email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. There are absolutely no exceptions.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will make this right for you.
You will receive store credit for any returns. You will be issued an electronic giftcard to your email to use towards future purchases. There will be no refunds.
